what is holistic life coaching

Life coaching is a way of being able to 'see the wood from the trees'.  It helps you to get clear on what you want from life; gain insight into what's been holding you back and supports you to make the changes you need so that you can achieve the goals that are important to you.  

how is it different to other types of coaching?

Holistic Life Coaching is different to other types of coaching in that it takes into consideration the needs of the whole person to establish wellbeing across all aspects of the mind (thoughts, attitudes), body (feelings, sensations), spirit (meaning, purpose).  

 

If you have one area of your life out of balance with the rest, this will likely be affecting other aspects of your life too and how you deal with it.  For example, if your emotions are out of balance then this will affect how you think, feel and what you do, right down to the decisions you make and the amount of energy you have to achieve your goals and handle life’s challenges. ​
